With the news this week from HM Government and the escalation of Covid-19, we want to reassure you that our operation and service to you will continue throughout.
All of our teams across the Sprint business are well positioned to be able to work remotely and therefore continue the same level of support to you that you have been used to. The majority of our teams are already working from home and maintaining the service as they have previously. There will be no disruption to you and you will be able to contact us in the usual way.
Calls and requests for assistance to our IT Support help-desks may take a little longer than usual for us to deal with, as we have an unprecedented amount of customers that we are configuring to home working.
We will continue to update our existing customers directly via email with any new, significant changes to our service.
