IT Support Engineer required
An opportunity has arisen to join our knowledgeable and friendly team as a 1st/2nd line support engineer helping to maintain customers within our small to medium business client base. Our customers are located throughout Essex, London and the South East.
Ideally you will have experience within the following areas:
- All Windows operating systems including Windows Server
- Microsoft 365
- An understanding of IT networking infrastructures and security
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware, Connectwise Manage and Automate, and macOS would be advantageous
The majority of our support is carried out remotely from our office, therefore you will need a confident telephone manner. We also offer onsite support to our customer base and you will be required to visit some customers as and when required. It is essential that you have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle – company mileage is paid for all business use.
Salary: £24K to £28K, depending on experience.
